Special Town Meeting for updating the Building Ordinance
On January 9th, 2024, your Burlington Select Board will be holding a special town meeting to discuss the proposed building ordinance developed by the Burlington Planning Board. This new ordinance would repeal the Town of Burlington Buiulding Code Ordinance that was adopted in 1990.
